Mabuk laut,udara atau darat?

VERTIGO,did you know what is this word mean?Vertigo means that u fell that the world is spinning around you in a several minutes.You'll feel uncomfortable and don't have enrgy to do anything.

Jika ditafsir dalam bahas Melayu bermaksud anda akan merasa pening,mual2 dan juga muntah.Kadan2 pitam juga akan boleh berlaku kepada mereka yang mengalami vertigo.Situasi setiap orang adalah berbeza.Seperti saya sendiri,saya akan merasa keadaan ini apabila saya mula membaca sewaktu berada di dalam kenderaan.Mula kepala akan rasa pening-pening.Pastu peluh mula keluar walaupun berada dalam aircond.

Bagi individu yang mengalami penyakit Menviere(erm aku pun xtau penyajit ni penyakit ape)tapi yang aku tau dorang ni mendengar bunyi dengan tinnitus iaitu merasakn telinga mereka terasa penuh atau pandangan terjejas pada sebelah telinga.Individu ini jugak senang nak dapat jangkitan.Telinga dalam pula berasa sangat mual dan menjadi lebih teruk kalau dorang gerakkan kepala atau alih pandangan.

Tapi ada jugak cara-cara nak elakkan vertigo ni
Antaranya ialah:

a) Pilih tempat duduk paling kurang gegaran seperti tmpat duduk depan ke,atau pun yang biasa saya buat ialah duduk tepi tingkap and hirup udara segar,hehe(berkesan tau).Tapi kalau naik kapal terbang tak boleh la buat camtu hehe

b)Jangan membaca dalam kenderaan(huhu,ni pun petua baik punya hehe)

c)Before going for a trip,janganla makan kenyang2,barula x kena vertigo hehe

Erm itu jela kot yang saya boleh kongsi,tapi kalo kawan2 ada pendapat lain tentang vertigo ni silakanlah berikan opinion ek hehe,tambah2 kalo ada bakal2 doktor tu ke,sila beri komen ye

Baru-baru ni aku baru lepas download lagu-lagu michael jackson.At first aku ingatkan lagu-lagu MJ ni semuanya berunsur pop.Maksud aku lagu-lagu dye yang faymes macam Beat It,Thriller and Billy Jean.Pastu aku tengok lagi list-list lagu dye aku terjumpa lagu bertajuk 'Heal the World' dengan lagu Earth Song.Aku ingatkan lagu ni macam lagu-lagu dye yang lain. Pastu lepas aku download semua lagu dye aku dengar la. And aku dengar la dua-dua lagu yang aku ingat pop ni.Sekali lagu dye ceritakan pasal dunia.Pasal human nature.Erm memang bes lagu dye. Baru aku tahu kenapa MJ ni faymes sangat di mata dunia dan lagu ni la yang menyedarkan aku betapa bumi sekarang telah dilanda pelbagai penyakit yang dicipta oleh manusia sendiri. Aku turut bersimpati sangat-sangat dengan remaja-remaja yang sebaya dengan aku yang hidup dekat negara-negara yang tak stabil macam Palestin.

Bayangkanlah mereka tidak pernah hidup aman sampailah sekarang. Aku tahu aku tidak mampu untuk membantu mereka melalui bantuan ketenteraan atau kewangan tapi aku selalu berdoa agar pihak-pihak yang berkuasa seperti PBB(persatuan bangsa-bangsa bersatu)dapat melaksanakn tanggungjawabnya menolong bangsa-bangsa yang sengsara seperti bangsa Palestin.

Aku betul-betul tak paham kenapalah mereka nak memusnahkan Palestin dan tidak menghalang bangsa Israel daripada terus menghancurkan mereka. Adakah ia disebabkan masalah agama? Well aku tak nak sentuh bahagian tu because i know it's very sensitive to all the races but at least as a human we must have our sympathy towards other human.Di sini aku ingin menyeru kepada rakan-rakanku agar terus menerus berdoa to our god to protect all of the people of Palestin kerana mereka merupakan saudara-saudara kita yang berjuang untuk mempertahankan rumah Allah dari dimusnahkan.Amiiin

Perasaan team bola favourite kalah=perasaan baru lepas clash

Aku ni merupakan 'kipas susah-mati' satu pasukan bola sepak inggeris semenjak aku di awal bangku persekolahan sekolah menengah lagi.So boleh dikatakan setiap minggu apabila ada perlawanan membabitkan pasukan bola aku,memang aku tengok ar,dan ia tidak mengira masa,kalo game tu awal pukul 7 lebih waktu maghrib,aku memang tengok ar,kalo time ada berita pukul 8 pun memang aku conquer ar tv,mak bapak aku pun dah paham perangai aku,tu sebab kalo dorang team favourite aku tengah main,memang dorang tido awal la,hehe.Pastu kalo ada match pagi2 buta pun macam pukul 3 pagi,aku memang sanggup berjaga.

Dah, kata penyokong fanatik,mesti ar tengok hehe.Tapi satu benda ar yang aku nak kongsi dengan korang,aku kalo tengok team aku main,memang excited giler2 ar,tambah2 kalo player favourite aku score dan team aku tu menang,memang aku tersenyum lebar sampai ke dalam-dalam mimipi sekali,haha.

Tapi kalo team aku kalah memang aku down giler ar,maybe bagi korang yang bukan peminat bola sepak rasa benda ni macam membodohkan diri tapi itulah hakikatnya apabila bergelar 'kaki bola'.Perasaan aku time team aku kalah,masyaallah tak dapat digambarkan.Memang aku rasa geram+kecewa+nak jadi giler,ha lebih kurang macam tu ar.Pastu aku dapat rasakan kekecewaan ni adalah sama dengan 'balak-balak' yang kena dumped dengan awek dorang tu.

Kenapa aku cakap macam tu?ha sebabnya aku pernah alami peristiwa sedemikian rupa,sebab tu aku cerita,haha.Tapi memang perasaan dye lebih kurang ar.Sekarang ni apabila dah kembali solo,memang awek aku sekarang ialah game bola sepak hehe.Jadi boleh la dikatakan dalam setahun tu aku 'clash' banyak kali jugak ar,itupun kalo team aku kalah haha.

Jadi apa pendapat korang,betul ke x?aku alu-alukan komen-komen daripada korang terutamnya mat2 kaki bola yang juga ada awek dan yang baru lepas ber awek hehe.

Senior perempuan

Baru-baru ni aku dapat friend request dari salah seorang senior perempuan aku dekat salah satu application erm,namanya facebook hehe.Before ni pun aku dah dapat banyak dah kawan senior2 skul aku dulu cuma senior sorang ni aku memang minat dye dari start aku jumpa die waktu darjah 6 lagi.Waktu tu aku wakil daerah aku untuk olahraga.Pastu ternampak la dye.Then aku masuk skul menengah yang same dengan dye.Pastu terserempak dengan dye dan dye la yang mula2 memperkenalkan aku dengan nama 'bob'.Nama tu lekat la dengna diri aku sampai la sekarang.Dye tua pada aku 3 tahun hehe.Erm so bila dye dah keluar dari skul aku mmg sentiasa nak ikuti perkembangan dye,tai yela apa kan daya,aku xtaw cne nak contact dgn dye dan sampaila beberapa hari yang lepas akhirnya dapat gak aku contact balik dgn dye hehe.
Muka dye ni ada iras2 thalia.Ala pelakon cerita telenovela'Rosalinda' tu hehe.erm tapi aku rasa serapat2 aku dengan dye pun maybe aku bleh jadi kawan je kot.yela takkanla dye nak anngap aku sebagai kekasih plak.budak mentah la katakan.walau bagaimanapun aku masih berharap
yang aku dapat jadi orang yang istimewa di samping dye hehe.
